Overall Project Goals

Remove parts of a major 1960's renovation completed by homeowner's father. Provide enhanced circulation to both levels of the home. As a second home, design shared bathrooms. Reconstruct a roof design that compliments the overall exterior design and provides improved performance. Add a sleeping porch.

Challenges

There are always hidden treasures with a historic structure...like the three layers of roofing materials we have already found. We expect no different from this project. Construction to begin mid-2015.
